Booking Deposit - All appointments require a non refundable £30 booking deposit. Appointment will be secured and confirmed only after payment via a secure payment link sent via SMS.
Cancellation charges - Please remember that we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations, otherwise a charge of 50% of the service cost will automatically be taken from the card on your account. Clients who attend an appointment 15 min late, shall be deemed as a late cancellation.
Delays - We will endeavour to see you at your allocated time, unfortunately due to circumstances sometimes out of our control this is not always possible. Please be patient with us if we do keep you waiting, we will be with you as soon as we can. Thank you.
Products and aftercare - We use and recommend products from our own suppliers and hold a wide range of after care products for your use at home, to help you maintain your style, shape and colour as easily as possible.
